On the other hand, Rachel and Jeff's new addition, Addie, has been struggling a bit since she entered the world a couple of weeks ago. Addie was born with Down's Syndrome, but all of the prenatal visits indicated that she would enter the world without any heart problems. She was finally able to go home last Monday after some difficulty of maintaining her temperature, but the echo at her last appointment showed two holes in her heart. If they do not heal on their own in the next two weeks she will have to have open heart surgery. I have faith that God will take care of her and her loving family. Please keep little Addie in your prayers!
