Look Who's TWO...

It's hard to believe that Hailey turned TWO last Thursday! We had small gathering with our family on Sunday to celebrate. I had lots of creative ideas for our "doggie" themed party, but when it came down to it I had no time or energy. However, I think it turned out perfect for our little group:) I, of course, went a little crazy with the camera, but I couldn't help it with such a sweet little girl!

Here are some of my favorites of Hailey in her new birthday dress!

After taking a few pictures once Mimi and Becky got to our house we were off to T-Bone Jack's for lunch. They have separate small party rooms which worked out perfect for us. Hailey fell asleep in the five minutes it took to get home from lunch, so we let her sleep for an hour before opening presents and eating "pupcakes".

Here are the "Pupcakes" made with a Junior Mint and four brown M&M's to form paw prints. I also made Snickerdoodle bone shaped cookies, which were a hit with everyone.

(Easy to make and yummy!)

(Pupcake time!...minus the candle which was a little scary.)

(Hay Hay getting into her big gift!)

One, or shall I say two, of her favorite gifts from Aunt Dana and Uncle Rich, twin babies. Hailey loves babies and these two made a nice addition to her collection. She obviously has the double duty down with arms crossed and to take care of her babies.

Becky sharing her gift with Hailes, a moving Safari scene. Hailey continues to want us to "turn it on now" and "watch it, watch it".

Another great gift from Grandma and PaPa, a tea party set. You can hear the tea brewing and eat cakes with it too. Before going to bed last night she had to give her babies their bottles, then make them cake and tea. She must be picking up on my OCD because she had everything lined up perfectly and went back and forth between the two babies doing exactly the same thing.

Maybe next year we'll be able to plan our party in advance so we can invite more family and friends, but it honestly was a lot easier! This makes me excited for Christmas already!
