This is how I feel right now after teaching summer school from 8:00-12:30, eating a PB&J on my car ride to camp, and leading camp at PVCC from 1:00-5:30. I haven't had a minute of down time until just now and I'm worn out. It was 95 degrees today and we had to take a HOT school bus to Kluge's Children's Rehabilitation Center with 32 kids. Agh, the smell of sweaty middle schoolers is enough to knock anyone out. Can't wait to do this again for the next two weeks!
The story behind this photo.....Hailey stayed up late Saturday night and then got up early Sunday morning when she heard me getting stuff ready for Father's Day. She helped me bake brownies, make potato salad, and prepare the tables before anyone came over. During the cleaning process she found a new stuffed animal that I got for the dogs and an old telephone. Apparently, she really liked the phone and the animal so she didn't want to put them down. This is what I found when I finished cleaning the kitchen. My little helper was pooped!
Side note on the stuffed animal, if you ever need a cheap dog toy go to the Kohls kids section and check out any of the older Kohls Cares animals. They are only $2.50!
