Get Well Roonie

Roonie got a "Get Well Soon" gift from his fellow Miniature Schnauzer neighbor, Cody. Cody must know him well because this little guy loves his stuffed toys. He loves them so much, we think he may have a hoarding problem. All of the dog toys end up scattered in a circle around him so that no one else can play with them:)

Tank got his drainage tube taken out this morning, but we still have to apply a warm compress several times a day to keep the lower hole open to drain any fluid that is left. He did well at the vet, but did not like seeing the other dogs. For a minute I thought I had a pet parrot because he climbed up on my shoulder to get away from a Jack Russell. Dr. Lorenz said that Tank will remember the attack, so some socializing will have to happen once he is fully recovered from this traumatic experience.
