...and not a lot to do:) However, it did not start out on the best note. Rich's passenger side rear view mirror got into a fight with the garage and did not win. He was in an anxious rush to take his math placement test and made a little mistake when backing out of the garage! He came within four points of placing into the math class that he needs, but thankfully he'll have one more shot on Tuesday because the computer froze while he was taking the test. Fingers crossed that he'll make it and get into the class that he needs!
We also got a call from Shaun and Jennie who came home to a disaster on Friday. The water main broke and flooded their finished basement with 4 inches of water:( Rich stopped by to help move all of their stuff upstairs, which as you can image has taken over their living space and caused a very stressful long weekend rather than a relaxing one. On the bright side Jennie has been throwing out stuff and on an organizing mission. I know she would rather be doing something fun, but after all of this is over she'll have a nice organized basement! We had to deal with the same sort of mess in Mill Creek South when a pipe froze and flooded our upstairs which in turn caused the dining room ceiling to fall in. Water damage is NOT fun!
On a nice note, I was able to get some major cleaning done yesterday and work on our guest bedroom a little more. Now that the bed is made it will look quite inviting on those nights when Rich snores his head off. I haven't been able to do any of the crafting for Hailey's room because I can't afford to buy the materials, but that will come in time. I'm hoping to get our taxes filed this week since they will be less complicated than normal. It looks like we'll get a $2500 credit for Rich's classes. Anything will help at this point!
