Mom's 60th Birthday

Mom started off her 60th birthday right by subbing with me on the first day of school:) I baked a cake and put in the teacher's lounge before she got to school, so hopefully it made the day a little better. After school, we went to Outback for dinner and then back to our house for cake. This was the year for cakes, she got three. No joke, I baked one, Rich picked one up from our neighborhood bakery, and my Dad picked up one from the same bakery an hour earlier than Rich! I think we all probably put on some pounds after all of this eating.
