Evan's Birthday

Unfortunately, Evan's 15th birthday was the same day that Bill passed away. We had to throw our plans out the window, but we did end up celebrating later on. Evan chose to celebrate by watching Dinner for Schmucks. It ended up being pretty funny, but not one of my favorites. I made an organic gluten-free chocolate cake, which is just about the only cake that does not make me feel miserable after eating it. Evan ended the night by asking what kind of car we'll be giving him next year...HA. I'm glad he has a sense of humor:)
