Guest Room Progress...Framing, Electric, Drywall

Rich and Jerry have been hard at work of the last couple of days building a guest bedroom in the basement. Hmmm, wonder why Jerry would be so invested in helping?? By hard at work, I literally mean that I still hear the pounding hammers and buzzing saw at 12:35 am. They've worked until 2:00 am the last two nights...who can sleep with all of that noise?? Hopefully, they will finish the drywall tonight or in the morning and then I can help paint. I picked out the paint and light fixtures this evening. All of this work makes me want to finish the entire basement. It's too bad that it all costs money!
