Basement Update

I won the war on whether or not to frame in the duct work;) It was a lot of extra drywall work, but it adds height to the ceiling and adds interest to the room. The closet and another small area of the ceiling are also drywall, but the remainder of the room will have a drop ceiling.

Priming the walls began today, so as long as Rich and Jerry can find some time the painting should be finished this week and then the trim work can be done.

**Good idea as far as primer goes: get it tinted the same color as the paint so you don't need as many coats of paint!
