This year we had my family as well as Rich's family over on Christmas Eve. It was not overwhelming because everyone brought a dish and I had plenty of help cleaning up. It was a long day, but fun to have everyone together. Thank the lord we now have a space in the basement for the older kids to play. Jessica, Evan, Beverly and Corey spent time playing video games while Isiah and Hailey played together upstairs.
There was a lot of eating, a lot of unwrapping, a little lotto ticket scratching, and a little drinking going on....oh and yes, a lot of dancing by Hailey and Beth.

(Christmas Eve)

(What cute pups!)

(Lots of Christmas books to be read...)

("Miss I'm going to where this outfit, not the RED one.")

(Before the party got started, nice and clean and clothed.)

(Hailey entertaining her guests.)

(Mimi and Jackal trying to get a bite.)

(One of Hailey's many new musical instruments.)

(So nice to be sharing.)

(The official scratcher.)

(Jessica's big winnings.)

(Wonder which side of the family she is on?)

(Yep, the same side.)

(The eyes are a dead give away of what is in the glass.)

(Bev came over to celebrate with Evan and Jess.)

(Let the clothes changing and dance-a-thon begin.)

(The only thing better is watching Beth do this move.)

(Getting down.)

("Thank goodness they finally went home!")
