Amy "one-more-basket-of-chips-and-salsa", this one's for you! We had our usual Thursday dinner at Mi Rancho this evening with Mom, Dad, Bob, Carla, DB, Connie, and Mike. I arrived a few minutes late as usual, but just in time to hear the big news....Mi Rancho is opening up a second location in Fishersville! They will be taking over Don Juan's (since I believe all of Don Juan's employees are in prison after a drug bust..yikes). This is great news for several reasons---another location that's even closer than the first, they must being doing well even during a tough economy (no excuse for being stingy with the chips and salsa), and more $2.50 margaritas!
On a side note, I did get the After Study position at school so I have been working from 4:00-5:30 Monday through Thursday for the last three weeks. I also got the science vertical team position for the county so I will be bringing home a little more money. Rich has continued to sub at school and apply for other jobs, but he's had no real leads yet. We're keeping our fingers crossed that he finds something soon!

It is funny that you are posting this...Mark and I needed a break yesterday, so we actually went their for lunch (Thursday Lunch Specials!!) and saw the signs up about Mi Rancho. The last time we were in Fishersville, we noticed that the other mexican place had closed down. That one will certainly be a much nicer place (enviornment and building and all..but I am not sure I can make the switch! How was the Salsa last night..ours was a little watered down. I am getting somewhat upset!! Tighten up Mi Rancho!!!
