My mom and I stopped by McDonough to wish my dad a happy birthday and drop off brownies that I made and some balloons. The brownies must have been good because all that came home was the container.
Luckily, dad got off of work early and we were able to get to Outback at 5:45 pm with no wait on a Friday evening. He treated himself to lobster tails, yum! I know they aren't as good as the ones in Maine, but I'm sure they still hit the spot. After dinner we went over to my parents' house for chocolate pound cake that my mom made. It was really good, especially because it did not have any icing.
