Happy Birthday Rich!

We started off our celebration by joining Shaun and Jennie for dinner at their house Thursday night. The boys enjoyed themselves as usual by watching bodybuilding videos. This time Landon also joined in on the fun and showed off his favorite poses....too cute! Jennie and I enjoyed some quality time together talking about middle schoolers and our crazy, but handsome husbands.

Friday was Rich's actual birthday. The lucky guy got to sub a half day for me while I went to Triple "C" Camp to check out our upcoming science field trip. Leslie and I were able to get a feel for what our students will be doing in a couple of weeks and even spent a while canoeing at Walnut Creek. We returned to school just in time to chaperone the 6th grade social. Rich decided to stay for the social and watch after the kiddos in the gym. After a long day, we went to our favorite local Mexican restaurant, Mi Rancho, for Rich's birthday dinner with my parents and Mike.

Saturday evening we made the trip to Charlottesville again for Shannon and Matt's housewarming gathering. One of Shannon's co-workers spent hours on the grill and served up grilled pizza, grilled peaches, and chicken chili among other things...everything was amazing! Rich and I were able to catch up of with Wayne and Lindsey Williams (friends from Gold's in Cville) at the party. We are both very motivated to get back in the gym after spending some time with these two.

Nothing like a little motivation with these pictures posted! YIKES! Hopefully we'll have some ripped pictures in a few months for comparison..and let's hope Rich can drop some size before Megs' big day so we don't have to buy another suit. Right now he looks like the Hulk busting out of it!
