We took Hay Hay to see the movie, Hop, on Sunday. The Easter Bunny was there to greet the kiddos and give out Easter eggs, so it made the trip that much more exciting for Hailey. I knew she would be scared of him, heck I was scared of him when I was little, so we talked about what to do when we met Mr. Easter Bunny. She decided on giving him a high five and she lived up to it. In fact, when the Easter Bunny came into the theater before the movie started to hand out more prizes, she ran up to him to give him another high five.
The movie was great! We ate tons of popcorn and Rich and I were entertained by the movie and by Hailey's responses. She laughed out loud several times and bounced around in her seat when she wasn't sitting on Uncle Rich's lap. I was happy that most of the movie was not animated, so it kept my attention longer than most cartoons.
