Wish I could be as excited about this as the song, but I'll be working all but the last two weeks of summer. I started out my new administrative role today for the Odyssey Summer Academies. It's a perfect fit for me...organizing all three programs, ordering lunch, making spreadsheets, etc. I am thrilled to be playing a role other than classroom teacher. The rest of this week will include wrapping things up in my own classroom, meeting with the Odyssey team again, tutoring, and planning the math and science curriculum for summer school. Once Odyssey is over on July 1st, I will be back at Henley teaching the last two weeks of summer school and then off to a 4 day conference at UVA. There are several students who I will be tutoring at least once a week for the entire summer. Thankfully I have my calendar ready to write in all of these sessions so I can stay on top of things.

Maddie update: finished her meds and is feeling much better. Fingers crossed, she'll stay healthy without the medication.
IUI update: I finished all of my meds last week. We went in for an ovary check on Saturday and it looks like the new injections paid off! There were FIVE good size follicles, much better than ever before. Usually we get one or two good ones. Dr. Bateman had the "higher order multiples" talk with us and we decided to go ahead with the IUI. Since Rich's count is so low this gives us a better chance. It is a little scary that if it works we could end up with more than even twins, but at this point we will be thrilled with whatever we are dealt. We went in for the IUI today and had 5 million transferred, which is up slightly from last month. We'll see what happens when I return to the doctor on the 22nd. Keep the prayers coming!
Hailey update: We went to our nephew's, Isaiah, 5th birthday party on Saturday. It was a hike to get to Kent's Store, but Angela's new house is very cute and Hailey had a ball playing in the yard. After the party we headed off to Shaun and Jennie's house for MORE burgers and dogs. Hailey and Landon always have a blast playing in the sunroom and Landon's way cool bed. Sunday was no different, they may have pulled out every toy in the house, but they had a blast doing it. Here are some pictures of the two little monkeys.

Too freakin' cute! I wish Hailey wasn't afraid of Jack so that they could be friends!!!
