Bowling?

Watch out Megs, you may have competition in the near future. Rich had his post-op check up with Dr. Degnan today. He is still having some pain in his wrist, so before trying injections, Degnan advised him to do multiple sets of push-ups per day as well as some bowling. The ligaments need to be stretched out to gain mobility. The thought of bowling with my wrist makes me cringe because even though I know it'll probably be a good way to break through more scar tissue, I know it is not going to be pleasant. I have avoided the sport since my initial break, but I'm willing to give it a try since the doctor ordered it for both of us. Last month, I participated in the student-faculty basketball and volleyball games for the first time in two years. Although my wrist did not like bumping the volleyball, it did cause the huge ganglion cyst to break, and felt MUCH better after it was gone. Yeah, I know, gross! We'll see how we both fare in the lanes!
