Leslie and Will get Hitched

Saturday night Rich and I attended Leslie and Will's wedding.  It was a wedding unlike any other that I have attended and right up my low-key alley.  We simply met on the downtown mall in front of the free speech wall and waited for the wedding party to stroll down the mall.  Leslie's daughter, Julia, and Will's daughter, Grace, were the bridesmaids.  Their sons were the groomsmen.  We parted and made an isle for Leslie to walk through.

Oh the life of a drama teacher

After a quick ceremony we were off to Maya for dinner and the reception.  Dinner was fabulous --chicken fried chicken, salad, sweet potato fries, green beans, and bourbon pecan pie.  Rich indulged in quite a few mai tai's as we talked with Heather and Chuck about Kauai.  We had a great time, but had to go home early to check on Maddie.  Now, if only I could be in Puerto Rico on my honeymoon like this lucky couple!
