Valentine's Day...late

Okay, so this post is a little late, but better late than never.  I didn't think that we were going to be able to celebrate Valentine's Day this year, but Rich surprised me by attending his night class earlier in the day so he could be home that evening.  We went to Outback and had a wonderful dinner and even splurged by getting dessert.  The chocolate thunder from down under was so, so good that we just about licked the plate.  I think Jessica liked the Valentine's gift basket that I put together for her as well:)
